Who is she? Vanessa Brocato, 30, Washington, DC

What makes her REALLY hot? Vanessa is a smart, sassy, kick-ass femme dedicated to improving the lives of women. At Bradley College in Peoria, IL, she was the first student to create a major in Women's Studies through the Liberal Arts program and was the founder of Womenspace – an organization dedicated to offering a safe, comfortable location for women students and providing resources on gender studies on campus. After college, Vanessa went on to law school at the Georgetown University Law Center were she earned her JD, while working in the Women's Law and Public Policy Fellowship Program and volunteering as a clinic escort at the local Planned Parenthood. Focusing on international women's human rights, particularly as relates to HIV/AIDS and gender-based violence, she earned the annual award for Human Rights Advocacy for her class. Vanessa currently serves as the International Policy Associate for the Sexuality Information and Education Center of the United States (SIECUS).
