Who is she? Nicolasa (Nicco) Ardin, 28, Los Angeles, CA

What makes her REALLY hot? A Los Angeles native, Nicco left the west coast to graduate with honors from Barnard in NYC, her degree in Economics. However, upon returning home to a prestigious job in her field, Nicco decided her life wouldn't be complete without at least giving her dream a fair shot; she dreamt of working in the entertainment industry. Not content to rest on her economics degree and enter the business easily in finance, Nicco desired a creative position, as well as one in production. Through her years at MTV (4 now) she has gone from Production Management to Directing and Producing MTV's Making the Video - positions in which she's proved adept both as a producer and, to her great credit, in a creative capacity. Currently, she's in negotiations with the network to begin work on her own show based on a concept which she co-created.
