Who is she? Holly Shulman, 23, Washington, D.C.

What makes her REALLY hot? Holly graduated early from Vassar College and was immediately hired by Election Mall Technologies where she helped campaigns understand the value of technology and use these technologies to encourage participation in the political process. Quickly advancing from this position, she moved on to the Association for Competitive Technology (ACT) where she helps small IT businesses fight for their interests in Washington, DC and in Brussels through large-scale grassroots mobilization programs. In addition to her job at ACT, Holly recently founded Vote Against Violence (VAVPAC), a political action committee dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence and serves as E-Campaign Director on the Executive Committee of the Women's Information Network (WIN).
